Went to Inshriach Nursery (Jack Drake's) last Saturday as part of a Birthday Treat.

Still unbeatable cakes I reckon. The bird and squirrel watching conservatory add to the treat.

Evening meal at Craggan Mill Restaurant also special. Best cheeseboard I've ever had!!

new kid on the cake block in Aviemore:

they've made a nice job of fitting out the building (old TIC north end beside Harkai's), with shop / bike hire / activity bookings downstairs and nice cafe upstairs, with a big selection of the the usual books and maps to buy, 2 pc's for browsing and a pretty nice menu (deli / cheese boards and such like), open from 8am-10pm. Modest selection of cakes & scones that looked pretty good - I didnt partake but had a nice smoked salmon and cream cheese sarny and a good coffee.
They should do well with shop and cafe in that location with the parking out front, though i was a little surprised to see another mountain shop opening. Good luck to them though, they've apparently taken on 14 new full time staff on the strength of it thumbs up

We managed to do a little 'cake sampling' on a recent holiday on the Isle of Bute.
A wee plug for the cakes (homemade) that were available in the tearooom at Ettrick Bay. We had to make 2 visits there during the course of the week......in the interests of quality control! The Lemon Meringue Pie was delicious and very well priced too.....plenty of other cakes to choose from.

I can also recommend dinner in the Colintraive Hotel at the Kyles of Bute....had Lemon and Lime Cheesecake to finish....absolutely devine....it'll set you back more than a few quid though!

As you can see, I've started my usual training regime quite early this year...

What size are the files? Possibly mobile network might also block file uploads, I've had issues with this when using web pages rather than ftp?
