Ha George ! We met all those hardy 'Cairngorm Classic' cyclists when we got back down who'd just done 100 miles. Respect Small world. Started chatting to one who was a pal of Telemarker.
Enjoyable day but a tow on the tor patch would have been wonderful as the run was really excellent. Should still be plenty for midsummer.

The faintest hint of a dusting outside the Top Station this morning, even a few flakes showing on the balcony of the SSC Hut where the dew point was -0.7°c with an air temperature of +1°c at 7.30.

Maybe middle aged,slim ,average height male, Knew you and Mrs T well, Had been telemarking possibly with you in the past and described it as a huge walk in for skiing that had been not that good- icy/crusty and he'd been all over the place. Mentioned a person called Bonnie I think. From Aberdeen area. Knew about the H11lly car cos he came over just as we were driving off saying so. Any help ? I should have asked his name !
