Great news out west that its still snowing especially as we are moving into a short slightly milder sector as the next front passes through and sucks the much colder air in from around 9pm.

It's a nice view the window with whole load of snow stuck to it! Was meant in jest.

Scotty, My comment was in jest as well though it would be nice to find some way to keep the windows clear!!

Always hard picking up the meaning via words on a forum! Hopefully the snow just keeps on coming.

According to MWIS there is about a meter of snow forecast for next week.

I'm going for a hike to the summit tomorrow to check out how it's shaping up for opening. I'll post some pictures Sunday night.

Air and Dp Temps at altnafeadh now below freezing, so any showers should be of snow from now to tuesday from base station up. So if your looking at showers on the radar over glencoe you can be quite confident that they are all of snow

Colder temps, more snow and still a good dose of wind overnight have seen the burn down the Wall Crossover line fill in. Canyon starting to fill in too. If this consolidates and builds over the week, that could be half the battle already.

Main Basin looks like it probably isn't far away, but another shower closed in so didn't manage to capture a closer zoom.

I think somewhere East or West, the start of the season shouldn't be far away, it's going to come down to the wind giving us a break probably as much as snow!

You can hike & skin to deep powder at Glencoe. Main basin has full line, Plateau has full line, Spring run negotiable with just a little care and all lift lines full with drifted snow ...

Mostly nice powdery snow in the obvious places with just a few lurking rocks to keep you using the antigrav and there was even enough snow for combat skiing to the car park.

Camera battery failed due to the cold but hope the better photos will follow from the others. Skied main basin and then the summit to the car park via the Spring run and plateau. Brilliant day
