First post here, just after some advice. We have a trip planned for this weekend to Glenshee - 5 of us - 3 intermediates and 2 first time skiers
Were heading up from Manchester friday night and were hoping to have Saturday and Sunday on the snow - obviously its a long round trip - is it worth it?
A few days ago we officially called the trip off, but the snow reports have made us think again, the Glenshee webcam being down isnt helping our decision
We dont know whether to go up as planned or wait a few weeks to see if the snow conditions improve or not, advice most welcome!
I think you should go! Sounds like there's more terrain opening up, and for 3 intermediates and 2 beginners I would say there's plenty for you to have a good couple of days. As long as the overhead forecast insn't too dodgy. The webcam even when it is working doesn't show the best of glenshee at the moment. Go for it - you'll have a great time. Ski, drink and be merry.
