Sure?! Hover over both of them. Different addresses. The forum software truncates (wisely) the link. smiling smiley

Ah, ok, but when I click on each they go to the same point! :-) I did try to get a link to the ben picture but couldn't, how do you get the address? right click? Also something I have never been able to do is embed the image into my post rather than just add a link to an image!

Try the links the next time Gary updates his blog. They'll send you to different places.

As for uploading pictures, you need to find out what the address of the image is.

1. Right click on any one of Gary's images
2. Select 'Copy shortcut'
3. In the text box here type out the link in the attached picture (NOTE: to add the link, right click then PASTE. This transposes the link you saved earlier).
4. Hey presto, you get this...

A really rather good video from the south top of Beinn a' Bhuird from the 22nd March. Gives a very good view (at 0:30) right into Garbh Choire Mor, showing some very deep snow present.

the GFS is persistantly cool for next two weeks with a fair bit of wintry precipitation from mid next week onwards, so hopefully April will add to it!

Interesting pictures, Mike. Still showing considerable depth, and if we do get a sustained spell of cold weather with precipitation for a couple of weeks then it might not be as bad as we feared a couple of weeks ago. Here's hoping...!
