Smith ... namesake of ski goggles ... is dead

The death of Bob Smith, inventor and manufacturer of Smith goggles, has been reported from the US.

There are some great obituaries to this interesting guy, and this one from Ski Channel has some exceptional 1967 powder-skiing footage by Dick Barrymore which shows Smith and pals skiing Jackson Hole. Well worth a view!
