Built in Scotland ... London's pride and joy!

Built at Dumbarton on the River Leven, the magnificent Cutty Sark ...

... reopened to the public 4 days ago, following £50 million of restoration and presentation work.

I visited her yesterday, paced her decks, and can report that she is once again a 'must see'. Fittingly, the voices on various videos aboard the vessel are Scottish and female, since everyone should know that 'cutty sark' means ...

""short chemise" or "short undergarment"

Allow loads of time - 2 hours minimum, since a mug of strong tea in the cafe beneath the old tea clipper is another essential!
