I have decided to change up my kit after an excellent day walking at cairngorm a couple of weeks ago, Im going to make the jump into a touring setup.
I don't want to spend 800quid as i may not use it a lot but def want the ability to skin out of wherever i end up!
I have skis-a pair of armada el reys-i know they are not touring skis but are good all mountain skis and are light but stiff.
My problem is the binding-i can get the baron for 180, the tour10 for 170 (both from freeze) or the duke for 175 from sport conrad in Germany.
I am about 110kgs and ski fairly aggressively so am tempted by the duke but am worried it might be too heavy.
I usually ski with my din at about 10 so i don't think the tour10 is the best idea-although they are the lightest

has anyone got any advice? Bear in mind i can't really spend a fortune...
