:: Weather ConditionsPerfect - blue sky and no wind. well below freezing at all levels, but with no wind and plenty of sun didn't feel it. -8 when I got back to the car at 16: 30.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoGot one of the last few spots in the first bit of the main car park at about 10: 30am. Queues weren't too bad considering the number of people there (most of whom behaved themselves apart from the infamous "queue jumping woman" of the Carn Aosda tow - an incident which inspired a superb piece of artwork from the lift crew).
:: RidersSnow was great for the time of year, but could do with another good dump this week to top it up and consolidate. The off piste looked nice, but was baseless so took a few rock induced somersaults. Hopefully they'll manage to get some more lifts opened up as it was quite restricted on uplift (as previous posters have already covered). Cover looked good on Meall Odhar & was being pisted, but no uplift access yet. austin2planks

:: Weather ConditionsAs traditional for the Glencoe opening day - blue sky and no wind.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoRecent snow fall arrived with no wind - so some of the gullys havent filled properly. Main Basin and Happy Valley have good cover - but other areas there a few sharks waiting to pounce. Rockhopper ski's or Ghetto snowboards recommended! Grigor & Eric skied every run on the hill today whilst others were teaching girlfriends!

:: Weather ConditionsGlencoe is go for 2010. As traditional for Glencoe opening day there was blue sky, with no wind.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoThe recent snow falls arrived with no wind - so some of the gullies havent yet filled properly. Main Basin and Happy Valley have good cover. Other areas still rocky... Spent most of the day teaching my girlfriend - but Eric & Grigor ticked off every run on the hill today.

:: Snow Conditions & InfoSki anywhere, no really. This was a day of days in the Lakes, astonishing snow cover from the tops of the fells to the dales with lots of touring available. At Raise the cover was complete with beautiful deep soft snow - just pick your line - magnificent! These conditions warrant 6 out of 5 - or so Bernie says!

:: Weather ConditionsBlue skies. Little in the way of cloud. Below freezing at all levels. Was -3 at the car park at the end of the day but this dropped to -14 as I drove through Aviemore. Hardly any wind.
:: Snow Conditions & InfoExcellent cover. Bit scraped and icy is some areas.
