Great cover everywhere, lots of new snow. Winds last few days have created hardish ridged packed pow in areas but LOTS of soft stuff to be had. Spent most of time cruising the spring run. There was some nice drops and powder slashes to be had!

Home run to the car park on tired legs and broken binding was funny/hard work/entertaining - lots of deep snow! If you hung away out left looking up there was some nice pillows and some decent patches to get a good few turns in. Keep the movement going or you are going to be in trouble with those hidden rivers and little gullies. Great fun and little out of control!

I would expect this to now be the widest and best cover on the front of the hill ever!!certainly that I can remember in 19 years skiing on Aonach Mor.
Sking now covers ground (a lot) that I have never skied before or would have even considered before.
Most of the off piste, which is now most of the mountain is deep wind packed powder, very impressive lower down like rob roys return which has been pisted and is level with the fence top when packed. Lots of 5ft fences completely covered now. The deeper parts of the Goose were today estimated by a NR employee as being at least 30ft deep.
A small cornice drop has developed above the Allt Snechda and formed it into a fun shape for sliding.
A number were today seen boarding (usual suspects) to the car park, never saw skiers but saw their tracks. Need another mtr for me to give it a go. Much better skiing on the hill but the young ones seem to enjoy the challenge.
Looking down from Chancer there looks a huge gain in snow below Brokenheart chair but higher up not so much of a gain
All in all great skiing, Make the most !!

Weather overall good. Wind was enough to nip at your face coming down the summit runs. Visibility was good until mid afternoon when a bit more cloud came in, caused a bit of flat light.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Great snow cover, massive amounts on snow on the mountain. Snow is deep and soft, quite heavy though. Groomed slopes were very nice too, hardpacked but with a layer of soft snow on top, ideal for everyone!

The mountain was very busy today, large queues on most lifts but they moved quickly. Likely caused by east coast resorts being closed.

The car park run is not recommended for precious kit!

Spring run, rannoch glades, the wall - all great snow. Great fun to ski, shame about the visibility closing in in the afternoon, made spotting the bumps a fair bit harder.

No photos today, wind was too nippy for no gloves!

All in all a great day though!

Calm day, cloud level around 800m, visibility good, then poor, freezing level rising during the day - maybe to about 800m
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Old drifts and new snow to 500m, complete cover not much higher. Rising temperature saw the early powder turn to soft slightly damper snow - hence the score of 4 which is perhaps a bit mean. Great cover at Raise with all runs complete. Good touring conditions on the eastern fells - quite a few parties out, including us.
