minus 2 in car park first thing. Sunny with the occasional cloud in the sky. Took half day off work, have to work later, would have been gutted to miss today : -)
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Great all round. Etive Glades particularly good as was the spring run. Caught Etive Glades on one run just as the Piste machine went up to catch an injured boarder. Sharks from last weekend on Spring run seem to have disappeared - great snow. Main Basin surprisingly wind scoured in places. Rankin's return to finish the day - what a race track : -) great run

PS: BE careful on the A82. Horrendous black ice this morning. I watched 4 or 5 cars crash today on black ice - 2 before me and 2 or 3 around me. Scary I have to say. not worth kiling someone, take it easy when you see cars parked with hazards on. I could not believe the speed people were approaching me as I stood at the edge of the road

nice stashes of powder mixed with sweet coudroy, and a few gnarly ice patches
200 + people queuing for lift passes and hire by 8.30 .
I?d arrived at 8.15 planning to have my breakfast in the cafe.
Glencoe you should really consider opening the cafe earlier on day like this, there was lots of hungry stomachs trying to get in for their roll and saugage + cappuccino

After a claggy day yesterday what a stunning day to be on the mountain! A bluebird sunny morning with light winds and great visibility. Freezing at all levels. Some high cloud started to come over in the afternoon.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
A full car park and full snow cover over the whole mountain from beneath the top of the chair. Lots of happy faces out to enjoy the great conditions. All runs are now complete with a wide and deep cover of skier and machine packed snow and it is ski anywhere on the plateau. There are lots of fresh turns to be found with just a few icy patches on more wind exposed areas.
