Freezing overnight to carpark but quickly warmed up to give another beautiful sunny day with light winds and hardly any clouds.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Still a good overall depth of cover on the upper mountain in the Main Basin and Happy Valley with the Spring Run still in great shape. The Wall has a good depth of snow but the middle runs and connections are now broken and only large patches remain on the lower slopes. The argo taxi was running to take you to the cliffy chair and it was just about possible to ski back down the plateau poma uptrack which still retains a good depth of snow.
The firm overnight crust quickly softened to give what was another great day's skiing on soft spring granular snow.
