Strong sunshine but with a gusty breeze at times high 900mand staying cold above

Very extensive and deep cover with Quad Chair area and further west, also Rob Roy particularly impressive as was the depth of snow in the Goose, Alt Sneachda and Warrens not to mention the Backs. On piste was fine when it softened but some areas didn't like Warrens which didn't open.
Summit Gully was good as was Spikes though Coire Dubh was probably the winner provided avi debris was avoided with Back Track entrances pretty mellow.
With Rob Roy open there is no need to stay high on the traverse, there is good snow lowere down that will take you to the bottom of Rob Roy.
