:: Weather Conditions
Temperature Inversion on the summit of Aonach Mor with sun and blue skies and feeling quite warm while it was misty and damp with occasional light drizzle down in the car park and Fort William and in the drive up Loch Linnhe.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Good cover across the mountain and between the fenced runs down to the Snowgoose Restaurant. The snow had set up hard overnight and the Goose and Warrens did not soften much during the day. The Summit runs had firm and grippy snow that softened nicely in the sun as did Sidewinder and Cat Track. The backs were open on limited patrol with Winger Wall as the entrance. I skinned over the plateau to the summit in the sunshine on firm snow with a hard crust.
