Shipping within the United Kingdom is free of charge via standard Royal Mail delivery for items over £5. Items in stock will normally be dispatched within 72hours of receipt of payment. However our T-shirts are made to order and we advise that you allow up to two weeks for delivery of made to order items.

Shipping beyond the United Kingdom
As a web-site specialising in UK and esp. Scottish Snow and Mountain Sports Winterhighland expects most orders will be placed from within the UK, however we realise that we will receive some orders from further afield as well orders from the UK for family & friends who are overseas. Cost of overseas shipping will obviously depend on location and the items being ordered, please contact us directly for a shipping Quote.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Winterhighland, however if you should have any issue with your purchase please contact us via our contact page. Should any items have been damaged during shipping please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0871 426 1640 or via the contact form on our contact page so we can arrange for return of damaged goods and delivery of replacement items.
Logo Wear items of clothing - Should there be an issue with sizes etc. items may be exchanged for either an item of same value or as a part exchange to a higher priced item within 30days providing the items are returned unused. No change will be given where an item is exchanged for a lower priced item(s). As Logo Wear items of clothing are made to order please be aware that any exchange may result in a delay while a new item is produced.
