Cold early on then pretty warm with mainly blue skies. light winds freezing level around midstation then rising later.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Snow very hard and icey until around 2pm. Then suddenly it was really nice spring snow. All runs in great shape when softened. Best part of the day was 3-5pm which was wonderful. Had a great run down Coronation wall for last run of the day and would recommend the hike. Ciste gully was great late on with big high walls for railing as was no 2 gully infact everywhere was great late on!

:: Weather Conditions
Pristine morning, blue almost cloudless skies, beautiful white mountain tops against deep blue sky. Cloud began to encroach after midday giving grey skies occasionally clear to allow the sun to be seen. Strong cold easterly wind all day. Visibily excellent at all times. Slight haziness of distant peaks. Freezing level above tops but windchill meant it felt cold at upper levels.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Upper runs Main Basin, Happy Valley and Spring Run have excellent cover. Flypaper open for daredevils! Middle runs are complete and enjoyable, particularly the Wall. Plateau run is broken but tow track is complete. Hard surface and lumps on upper and middle runs initially, softening as the day progressed.

Very few skiiers and boarders, no queues. All necessary lifts operating except when someone didn't hold on to the lower T-bar until it retracted (not us!).

In all an excellent day's skiing!

Cold start with blue skies and fairly strong wind. Afternoon became very warm providing an amazing day.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Snow hard early on but still grippy. Soon softened up giving great spring snow especially in back corries. Run of the day for me was Summit which had the best spring snow ive ever experience and you can still ski back to bottom of Braveheart no probs even on a board. Great runs on winger wall too.
