It remained below freezing all day but with light winds. Visibility was reasonable in the morning even during the periods of light snow. In the afternoon it cleared and visibility was excellent.

The main runs had been wind scoured but the base was solid and it was possible to find some nice patches of drifted powder behind the fences.
