:: Snow Conditions & Info
Pretty much excellent cover everywhere, all pistes wide, well prepared and loads of off piste to be had, possibly close to best ever cover on the front of the hill.
This afternoon we had a tour round past Easy gully (see pics) to the summit cairn and a run on Summit Gully in deep powder and only a couple other tracks.
Very strange on the summit with deep snow, its usually scoured and icy.
Run down through Coire an Lochan and into Coire Dubh followed by a bootpack up under Brokenheart and traverse out.
Followed this one with a last run down Chancer out to the top of the climbers Coll and an untracked run to the top of Brokenheart chair and traverse out for a well earned coffee in the hut about 4.45.
An afternoon that could not be beat !!!!!
