awsome bluebird day! was hard to believe i was in scotland, no wind at all!
:: Snow Conditions & Info
there was too much snow for the centre to handle, joke, only 3 lifts open in the morning. No funicular railway either?? 5 days to dig the place out, come on guys! they were blasting the mountain during the afternoon, apparently the boys were up on the mountain at 6 o'clock in the morning but didn't blast around that time as they were waiting for a film crew?!! beyond a joke! after the blasting finished we hiked up to the cairngorm peak and descended down the corie cas, really really nice, so fast and epic snow. the powder was really heavy to the east of the white lady but still worth a bash. if the cairngorms is fully open, best area in scotland. especially with the conditions as they are now.
