Good visibility. Strong southerly wind so I avoided trying to head down the traverse to the cas. Only the funicular was giving access to the upper mountain. Temperature around freezing at Ptarmigan level
:: Snow Conditions & Info
I was only there from 2pm to 5pm but thoroughly enjoyed lovely spring snow on the Lady and East Lady via the M2 . Above the tunnel the snow was quite hard if it hadn't been skied on.
I finished off with a wind assisted traverse on hard snow to Coire Laogh Mor headwall. About 50metres down from the top the snow softened and gave a wonderful descent. The traverse out to the car park is complete but getting narrow in places.
