Splendid weather that got better as the day went on. +3 at start of play, but gound frozen. Nice day to be out on the planks.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Glenshee crew have worked wonders to patch things up, but there are still many bare area's, mainly west side of A93 (Butcharts). Poma uptrack for Plastic Slope Poma very ammusing. OK for skiers, but many boarders strugging. Dink dink was the busiest area (nice to see!). Butcharts out near the new park, either side of the fence was OK, did not do much else that side. West probably gets a 3 for snow cover and surface while east gets a 4. Spent most of the day out Sunnyside, Meal Odhar and Glas Maol. Icy everywhere low down and on steep aspects at first, but loosened up. Bit rutted lower sunnyside early doors. Coire Fionn was not huge fun, the better route to Glas Maol was the blue from the top of the Meal Odhar Poma which was fun in the gully. Glas Maol runs both icy, lovely snow on the traverse though, and they both got a wee bit better with use.

Run of the day (for my money) was Meal Odhar the run by the old Meal Odhar T-Bar (the one that is now a Poma). Lapped that about 20 times.

Very quiet all day, never queued once.

Good day all told!
