Mostly Skiable - Some Areas Thin/Narrow

Sunny spells, clear, not much wind, freezing level probably mid mountain.

New snow made for freshies and wandering off the runs was possible and a delight.
Novelty for me today was wandering over to the East Lady by the area between the Lady and the West Wall poma to join Lady Luck This has been rocks since probably the end of last year !
Even after the pistes were tracked the skiing was good although Thursday's lovely spring bumps had turned into a firm base.
Had a look at the slopes to the east of Cairngorm below the tor but they were windpacked and a bit scratchy so I gave them a miss and skied down Coronation wall to the head of the Cas. A bit scratchy up high but lovely powder lower down and possible skiing round rocks to get down from the summit which was not the case last weekend Did a repeat at the end of the day and it was firming up but still great. Heard Coire Raibert had deep fresh snow too.
Cracking day !
