:: Weather Conditions
A cold blustery day with plenty of snow showers down to the top of the Access Chair and spindrift blowing in the gusty SW wind. It was 2C at the car park in the morning and the cloud base was lowering below the summit in the snow showers.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
An stunning day's skiing on Meall A' Bhuiridh with loads of fresh overnight snow over the whole mountain from the top of the Access Chair with 3-5cm on the plateau and at least 10-15cm on the middle and upper mountain. Fresh tracks were to be found everywhere on the Main Basin, Etive Glades and The Wall. The Spring Run was giving epic skiing on deep soft powder as also was the FlyPaper which was open in the early afternoon with deep soft snow and only a few icy patches. The pick of the day for me was the East Ridge which was sublime with loads of untracked fresh powder....
