Looking from coire cas over to jeans bowl. The off piste looks good but it was a bit heavy in places.

If you could not ski the gun barrel today you should take up tidily winks. Well prepared with fresh snow. Easy wide skiing.

Looking down the Fiacaill traverse, fresh snow but many people preferred the pisted route as the fresh was a bit slabby.

Looking up the Fiacaill

The old fiacaill run was fresh but a bit heavy.

Looking up to the lady, nice snow

This is side slope at the car park area, much improved.

:: Weather Conditions
Low cloud for till around 11: 00 then the sun came out. Wind negligible and warm at all levels in the spring sun shine. Around 15: 00 the temperature dropped below freezing.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
There has been significant snow fall at all levels but the wind has made the cover inconsistent. Where the machines have been the surface is superb. The warm temperatures made much of the lower snow around the car park disappear by the afternoon but side slope has improved. A bit muddy around the ridge load station. Jeans bowl has filled in .
Cas, top bowls and lady have significantly improved and the 105 is the best for carving down.
The snow changed a lot during the day from dry, to heavy and wet off piste to crunchier and nearly icy at the end of the day.
