:: Weather Conditions
Stayed in motorhomes in car park overnight, wind howling! Significant drop in the wind at 8AM, but still howling at top. Dropped at top station from about 12: 30, Cas, M1 and Ciste tows then started. Good vis most of the day.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Very sticky early on, but once technique mastered good sport to be had. Remained sticky where untracked most of the day. Lot of crashes! CAS headwall looked menacing and reduced cover coronation wall, much reduced cover east wall of lady. Lady a bit messy low down (rocks), best runs were CAS and ciste. Lapped cas off the train before lunch, then did a mix. Tickets reduced to 28quid. Ciste was forgiving for carving, and good speed on sticky snow attainable keeping skis on edge! Started to firm up in the cooler wind close to close of play. Lower slopes a mess, combat skiable sat, but not sun unless you were on someone elses skis. Got train down.
