Cloud soon cleared off the hill to leave great viz and sunshine. Light westerly wind and temp hovering around freezing.

Over the last week regular snow falls have built up on the old base to give good cover on Raise. At first fresh wind blown powder gave way to sticky conditions as the snow softened. Great day on the fells enjoyed by a handfull of members : -)
