Report
:: Tour Route(s) or Location Skied/Ridden
Cheviot from Cocklawfoot via mallie side. Descent from Auchope Cairn into valley - 350m vertical of fantastic skiing

:: Weather Conditions
Bluebird! Not a cloud in the sky. Cool wind of 10mph on the summit but generally pretty warm
:: Snow Conditions and Distrubtion
Skis on from end of Cocklawfoot road all the way to summit and back.
Incredible cover - Fences above 500m that were showing their tops last week are now completely covered. There is simply masses of snow.
Even slopes exposed to the wind have cover. South and west facing slopes are very heavily loaded. I would guess that snow depths above 500m are at least 1m deep and lots deeper on S and W slopes.
Lot of windslab but lower down is transforming nicely in the sun. West facing slopes at 400-500m beautiful spring snow on descent.
