:: Weather Conditions
Blue sky, light winds which decreased during the day. Freezing at all levels - car park surface solid all day
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Generally firm conditions which softened in the sunshine during the day. There were some icy areas to watch out for too. Top of Coire Fionn pretty hard, but the Glas Maol side of the gunbarrel was excellent. Corie Fionn 1 very nice as was much of the west side of Meall Odhar. Hardly anyone there so queues were not an issue.

Sunshine all day. Very light winds increasing slightly later but only noticable on exposed ridges. Cold, dry air. iIn the sun in the middle of the day it felt like skiing in a T shirt would be possible
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Fantastic cover, depth and consistency of snow accross the mountain. Etive Glades and Happy Valley were wide and mostly firm and grippy with few icy patches. However i did only ski over that way once. Maybe i could have found softer bits. Main basin wide and deep with a fraser made kicker above a rock out crop. Got some fantastic airtime. A large rainbow box that looked much more mellow than last time i saw it with more snow built up around it and a c box. On the plateau a ~15 foot gap jump was built - amazing fun and Fraser and Charlie built a table following it. Also amazing fun. I encourage jibbers and freestylers to hit glencoe. Fraser and Charlie have freedom to build what they want with two piste bashers and are very open to suggestions
Now for flypaper area and accross to east ridge: Awesome. Still plenty of fresh steep lines and drops to ski with little worry of hitting rocks.

:: Weather Conditions
Early snow flurries cleared late morning, and blue sky dominated rest of day, with very little wind.
Cold, and carpark -2c at end of day.
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Good snow on all fenced pistes, and wide freedom to ski outside the fences. - Limited only by own imagination to find variations across the 3 glens.
Glas Maol poma had mech fault but should be back by end of week.
Lots of natural features to be found. - Three pipe-style features in particular: Stream course GM Centre Gully, same in lower Blue unpisted Fionn, and stream course in Bunny Run is a twist bob-run with natural jump on exit.

Superb squeaky snow on upper runs holding edges well. Well groomed runs across plateau allowing consistent turns.
This was a superb day - all the better because back in the autumn I feared the worst for Glencoe. Congratulations to all involved in the renaissance.
