Cracking day. Not much of a wind for a change, clear with the occasional patch of sun. below freezing

Skins on at the foot of the gunbarrel and you could get up to the top of Marquis Wells.
Met Sandy Macbean coming down the traverse so the sunny photos and telephotos are thanks to him.
The snow was powdery , packed in places, on a grippy base that had the occasional patch of ice.
Good cover on the Ptarmigan traverse, bars are on the tow, and nice powder on the west side of Marquis Wells. I skied part of the way down the M2 which had some large drifts then skinned back up and went back by the traverse and Cas. West Cas was good.
