:: Weather Conditions
Very little wind, showers for most of the day of snow above the mid station. When the snow was fine or it stopped, the mist thickened. When it was dumping down huge flakes the visibility improved.
Rain/hail at car park level
:: Snow Conditions & Info
Snow cover increased above the mid station as the day went on. The snow was quite wet and heavy but the skiing was still good.
Ciste, Ptarmigan and Polar Express tows served the top bowl but visibility was poor here for most of the day. The M1poma served the pisted M1 which kept improving as more snow fell. It was only around the poma loading area that cover was sketchy
I enjoyed the White Lady, great cover higher up accessing it by a diagonal from the top of the West Wall poma. Lower down it was narrower but it was only really the last section cutting across to the poma where you had to carefully navigate.
Traverse and upper Cas were good too and it was possible to slowly pick your way down the Gun barrel and tow track although the stream was appearing through holes in a few places. Probably heading down the zigs would have been a better and safer route

If the overhead improves, tomorrow should be excellent.
