Nothing can beat that feeling of snow crunching underfoot for the first time in autumn and with the sun was shinning on the distant snowy Gorm - it was just to tempting so we went to play.
A short walk up the Home Road was all that was needed to find just enough snow to post some first turns of the 2002 season. Then some base shredding down the home road back to the Daylodge. A beautiful day for just being in the mountains.
