A selection of photos from the Northern Corries on Friday 31st December, unfortunately another rescue getting underway today. If your heading into the hills for New Years day have a good one, but be careful and safe, possibly very difficult mountain conditions, with whiteouts, perhaps a period of rain or sleet before further blizzard conditions setting in later in the day.
Thanks to George Paton for today's pics, remember if you have any email them to our new address, pix@winterhighland.com . Several people have access to this address, so can get the days pics up faster.
Finally, at time of update it's almost 11.30pm in Scotland, so from the Winterhighland team, all the best for 2005 and wishing you a happy and snowy new year.
