Above the sea of mist in the glens below it was a beautiful end to Thursday as the dusk glow faded over the 'Gorm with excellent cover and huge tracts of the mountain in ride anywhere condition.
Mostly superb surface conditions with a mix of machine and skier packed powder on the main runs, skier tracked and windblown fresh beyond. Some deep stashes and some more wind scoured areas - this will change about with the changing wind direction so beware that the potential avalanche risk will also move about off-piste.

The lower slopes are in great shape for returning to the Daylodge, but the pick of the bunch for the last run was a dusk cruise down the M2 and Daylodge Run on ego massaging machine packed powder!
