Report
First weekend of winter operations for the Access Chair and Plateau Cafe which along with the sledging park are now open daily weather and wind permitting.
Around 10cm of fresh snow across the hill on Sunday morning, but there is not sufficient snow for any lift served snowsports at this time. However there is a possibility this could change during the coming week, but forecast precipitation amounts remain uncertain with Storm Barra set to come in later Tuesday overnight into Wednesday.
If you are planning going sightseeing on the chair or for sledging wrap up well. Tuesday morning currently looks OK with dry weather with some brighter spells and a light to moderate SE wind, but conditions could deteriorate abruptly during the afternoon as Storm Barra begins to make it's presence felt!
