Report
Thanks to George Paton for Tuesday's selection of photos from a days touring on CairnGorm, as the SAIS report the Plateau has good cover with good scope for touring, but check the avalanche reports, witness remains of two sizeable slides in the pics.
Winds from a Southerly quarter have slowly being re-redistributing snow into the snowsports area and the other Northern Corries of CairnGorm Mountain over the past week, and this has also helped even out the the snow distribution on the plateau, however the gully lines in the Northern Corries are not yet complete for skiing or boarding.
