A fantastic weather day with almost no wind and blue skies on Friday, with Glenshee once again open out to and including Coire Fionn.
A few inches of new snow and drifting into the right places has been enough this past week to restore the links around the area with access to Coire Fionn via the Beag and Caenlochan Pomas.
Butchart's Coire and the outer Cairnwell RaceTrack (slalom) are offering good sport on the Cairnwell side, Claybokie and the links between the Cairnwell runs/lifts are much improved thanks to continued snow making around the Cairnwell Mountain Restaurant.
Pop your skis on next to the ticket office and step onto the new Baddoch Chair, ski off and head for the cafe or the tows. Access to the Cairnwell has been transformed.
