After an awesome prefect blue sky day on Sunday, Monday dawned clear and sunny, to provide a fitting finale to the 2001 season on the May Day Holiday. Bus loads of tourists mingling with the skiers eating lunch in t-shirts on the viewing terraces of the Snowgoose Restaurant, couldn't quite believe what they were seeing... Blazing Sun, the temp in the 70's and snowsports in Goose Gully! Great spring snow conditions across the mountain despite the soaring temperatures.
