With blue skies and sunshine, a good day was had at Nevis Range.
Due to low temperatures the snowpack was setup firm and icy but did soften with sunshine and grooming. Best skiing was had on the summit runs where the sun shone all day. The upper goose has good wide cover with the quad chair available for access and downloading. It is possible to pick your way back to the Rabbit via Home run but crampons are recommended!
Beginners areas are available at the bottom of the Rabbit run and on the dry slope. Some terrain park features are available on the summit.
Back Corries have good cover but remain "unpatrolled" with firm and icy snow. Photos from Spikes and Coire Dubh in the Public Reports.
