A cracking day at Glenshee to start 2024, some early cloud clearing to give unbroken sunshine from a cloudless sky on Monday afternoon.
5 lifts on the Cairnwell side, combined with both Sunnyside Pomas giving some decent riding on both sides of the A93.
Mostly decent groomed snow, but away from the machine made base on the learner area and Plastic Slope there was some thin areas and icy patches.
A very promising early season build up of snow on both Meall Odhar and further out on Glas Maol. Behind Sunnyside there are some scoured areas while Meall Odhar has some big drifted accumulation, machines have been working to create routes through scoured sections to try and link more terrain together.
Keep an eye on how things progress as there is a chance of more terrain coming on stream through the week.
