Glencoe will kick off the 2025 Scottish snowsports season on Wednesday with a rare pre-Christmas West Coast opening.
Lift served turns will be on a mix of the longer Plateau green trails from the Rannoch Chair. Early season conditions with some thinner / narrow areas, but fantastic machine packed powdery corduroy will await on the groomers. Perfect for easing the legs into a new season.
Sledging slope has been groomed and is full width / length, and the Plateau cafe will open for the season on Wednesday morning.
PSki and snowboard hire will be available, but walk ups only on Wednesday. Snowsports day tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket office.
Wednesday promises another day of inversion conditions under high pressure and another fine day on Thursday. Some snow flurries possible on Friday and at this range, Saturday looks by far the most promising weekend day with a mix of snow showers and sunny spells, with light to moderate winds.
