Well hoped this would be the penultimate day, particularly with a hot bluebird Easter Monday forecast. Alas the accumulated effect of the breezy conditions combined with the high temperatures and lack of overnight frosts the past few days has meant Easter Day turned out to be closing day for Glencoe and most likely the 2019 Scottish Season for lift served riding.
The Main Basin is still just about complete and there are other skiable runs for those willing to hike, but the legs will have to do the uphill work if you want to ride on Easter Monday.
The Access Chair is open daily weather permitting and there is still a decent sledge park outside the Plateau Cafe and it will be open on Monday. How long the sledge park lasts will depend on the weather / temperature, so keep an eye on the webcam if planning coming up after Monday.
It's not been the Scottish Season we'd all hoped for, but getting to a very late Easter Day has given some very nice spring snow riding in the Sun to round things off. Here's to a better and snowier 2020!
