The Plateau Poma iced up at the start of the day with rime.
Best option for early intermediates / confident snowplough turners is Old Mugs Alley using the loop round by the Plateau Cafe.
Sledge Park is full length and running fast, there is over 100 new smaller sledges for the little ones!
Something to focus on! Rime on a fence on the Plateau.

Most of the photos taken on the Plateau didn't focus, further uphill, no photos! Unfortunately the clag monster did not release its grip on Meall a' Bhuiridh on Saturday, but the snow was good from part way up the Plateau with the best riding on the upper mountain.
Hope those who came to the UpBattle demo none the less had a good shot at trying out different split boards. The snow was pretty sweet, just a shame you couldn't see it.
Unfortunately not much indication the visibility situation is going to improve much for Sunday, it will be slightly less cold with the freezing level sitting a little above the Rescue Shed on Sunday.
If you are coming sledging, the sledge park was very busy on Saturday afternoon, it was much quieter before 11.30am, so worth coming along early and beating the rush. To get adequate time on the hill 2pm is the latest to arrive for sledging. You need to allow time to get ready / get tickets, at least 14 minutes on the chair (maybe a bit longer with lots of foot passengers) and 7-10 minutes to walk over to the Plateau Cafe and the Sledge Park.
