Report
Around 12-15inches of snow has fallen at Glencoe from Storm Doris, but with light winds there has been little drifting so far thus is a general all over cover.
That means the Plateau area runs are pretty much OK, but further up the mountain still needs a lot more snow and drifting. Snow is forecast overnight, but model predictions range from around 4 inches to another foot - but the model's didn't do too well on the track of Doris even a few hours out, so it's really a case of wait and see what is found at first light.
As things stood at dusk the Coire Pollach Tow could run but with a baseless unconsolidated cover, but. However there was not yet sufficient snow on the Plateau Poma uptrack, but that could change overnight.
There is good sledging at the Plateau Cafe and the sledges are free, just pay for a Chair Ticket. Both cafes will be open.
