Looking down the fenced mid-section of Butcharts.
View back up Butchart's Coire, the cover is still fairly limited and the mountain looks very windswept after midweek.

Glenshee Conditions
At Glenshee on Friday the main action was taking place in Butchart's Coire which generally has a reasonable depth of coverage, but is never particularly wide with the best snow banked up behind the fences thanks to the strength of wind mid-week. The cover does thin out and get a bit worn on the approach to the T-bar.
Apart from the Dink Dink which is providing limited nursery areas, the other lifts are open mainly to provide access to Butchart's T-bar and the cover is quite thin on the tracks in places.
