Thanks to George Paton for today's selection of photos from Glencoe which was open for it's first weekend of the 2005 season. While not the mind blowing powder start the 2004 season had, there is some reasonable sport with a mixture of upper and lower runs complete, though cover is still fairly narrow in places surface conditions were generally good with pisted fresh snow.
Main Basin offering good sport though still not that wide, and the Plateau run was offering a decent run for lower abilities or for warming up.
The Cafe has been renovated, and has free internet action, no excuse for not sending us Glencoe pics now!!
