A selection of photos from a tour of Aonach Mor on Friday. The upper half of the Goose is complete along with the Summit Runs, and there is a base on the Goose Tow from below Tower 4 which can be used to skin up.
Still good snow in the Back Coire from the top of the Headwall down to just below the top of the Braveheart Chairlift, should give a great and steep spring snow run, but would require a length walk out to the Top Station of the Gondola.
With some shoving it would be possible to operate the Goose from Tower 4 and the Summit Tows, if we don't loose much more might we yet see May Day holiday lift served turns at Nevis for the first time since 2001? Ensemble forecasts continue to show a cold blast at the end of April into early May... you just never know!
