The hill mist collapsed into a inversion layer in the Strath to give a beautiful afternoon on Monday on CairnGorm. After a carnage weekend where CairnGorm was quite definitely the place to not be, it's been the pick this week so far and might well have the best of the brightness for those planning a mid-week slide on Wednesday.
These are a few of Bandit's photos, view more in the Public Reports.
If you have been out for a slide please spare a few moments to post a report or send photos to pix2016@winterhighland.info .
