Main Basin was fantastic on Tuesday with machine packed powdery snow with fresh on top.
Not a day of late April t-shirt skiing - full winter at the Summit.
The Plateau Poma is still running for access - want it to stay that way through the holiday weekend, so please don't ski down it!
Going up the Main Basin T-bar, upper and most mid-mountain runs retain wide and deep cover.

Another day of stark contrasts on Meall a' Bhuiridh. Between bright Sunshine one minute and heavy convective snow showers the next with squally winds topping 50mph in the showers.
Also between the absolutely epic conditions in the Main Basin and Happy Valley, with machine packed powdery 'hero' snow, in contrast with some of the hard and rutted off-piste that took people back down to earth (sometimes literally)! However some of the off piste is improving again with fresh snow starting to blow in, later in the day the Spring Run was improving away from the top which was tending to scour - come in from Rannoch Glades might be the way to approach it.
Mid mountain the Sunny Spells were enough to loosen things up on some of the runs, with a bit of fresh on top.
More snow over the next few days and slightly less cold temperatures with Sunny Spells expected for the weekend, a combination that means surface conditions should come back to us more widely to set up a fine finale to daily snowsports over the May Day weekend. Glencoe is open daily through till close of play on Monday 2nd May.
