Lowther Hill's Ski Club opened the village rope tow on Leadhill's Golf Course on Sunday as the snow returned to village level. Milder conditions with rain is expected overnight and into Monday afternoon at all levels, before precipitation reverts back to snow on the hill during the afternoon.

Though quite a lot of snow fell Lowther Hill is heavily wind scoured and nothing has stuck to the main rope tow area, but more snow and less severe winds are possible after Storm Henry passes through Monday and Tuesday.
