Ptarmigan Bowl has much better surface conditions now, Ciste Tow and runs also re-opened.
White Lady has improved, upper section now quite decent but still thin and narrow into the M1 loading area and mid-station.
Looking up the Traverse from the 105 corner/merge.
Gunbarrel caught a decent bit of drifting snow and is now much better. Most of it can be avoided by top 2 Zig Zags.

A few inches of new snow and significant drifting mean much improved surface conditions on CairnGorm and a wee bit more terrain is available with the Ciste Tow and runs open once more.
Top Bowl is in decent shape, though not the huge width there was in the settled spell mid Jan. Good machine groomed surfaces giving easy turns for early intermediates.
Top to mid-station riding is possible via the Lady and M1 for good skiers and boarders, though the Lady is narrow into the lifts at the middle. Traverse onto the 105 and/or Cas is in good shape, though confined to the fence/track.
Coire Cas has seen gains from the drifting with the Gunbarrel open again and decent snow in the Cas Boulder Field, so there is a good width on the Upper Cas. If you wish to avoid the Gunbarrel the top two legs of the Zig Zags are usable.
Unfortunately the lower slopes are not skiable all the way down, which means ski a bit and walk or if it's stopping for down trips catch the train at the middle. If this remains the state of play as local schools start their half term weekend on Friday the Funicular will be a serious bottleneck.
